PROJECT OVERVIEW
Terra Office embodies calm productivity a workspace that balances openness and intimacy. Designed for a creative agency in Jakarta, it redefines how spatial rhythm and light can shape the way people interact, think, and collaborate.

THE CHALLENGE
The client wanted an office that reflected creativity without chaos open yet grounded, modern yet warm. The main challenge was transforming a compact urban site into a flexible workspace that could adapt to future growth while maintaining clarity and flow

DESIGN PROCESS
Our process began with studying how teams move and gather. Instead of fixed partitions, we designed fluid zones defined by light and texture. We experimented with layered transparency using glass, slatted wood, and concrete planes to subtly divide spaces while preserving openness. Material choices were reduced to essentials: oak, glass, and polished concrete allowing light to narrate the experience.
